Your life, minus the mess.
You worked hard for this life. We're here so you can actually enjoy it. Emily and her team take the tasks you don't technically need to do yourself, and turn the chaos into a system that just makes sense.
Personal assistants for busy homes & small businesses
24 loose ends. It's too much pressure.
"It's too much pressure."
Then let's take some off.
Here's what we hear all the time: you're doing great at the big stuff, and the little stuff is quietly burying you. The errands. The pile by the door. The calendar that lives in three places.
None of it is hard. It's just endless. And it's eating the hours you meant to spend on your people, your work and yourself.
That's where we come in. Your assistant cleans up the mess, builds a system that fits how you actually live, and keeps it running. You get your time back.
— Emily Hahn, founder
All the things you don't technically need to do.
Hands-on help and behind-the-scenes help, for your home and your business. If it's on the list and it's not yours to carry, hand it over.
Errands & runs
Groceries, returns, pickups, drop-offs, the post office line. All of it, off your list.
Organizing
Closets, pantries, garages, offices, and yes, the fridge. Spaces that work and stay that way.
our favorite thingSchedules & to-do lists
Appointments booked, calendars synced, the running list finally tamed and actually getting done.
The house "floof"
A general tidy: laundry folded, beds made, surfaces cleared. Not a deep clean, just the reset that makes home feel like home.
Events & projects
Retreat logistics, parties, the half-finished project in the spare room. We'll get it over the finish line.
Business support
Inventory, stockroom order, customer-facing help and the admin that piles up behind the counter.
Chaos in. Total system sense out.
Emily grew up in a big family where many hands made light work. Now she's building a team of those hands. Every Hahn & Co. assistant is hand-picked and coached by Emily to work the same three ways.
Intuitive
We notice what needs doing before you have to say it. You won't have to manage your assistant. That would defeat the point.
Authentic
No corporate polish. Real people who show up, tell you the truth and genuinely care how your week goes.
Visionary
We see the system hiding in the mess, then build it: where things live, what happens when, and who handles it. (Us.)
It starts with coffee.
No pressure, no pitch. We talk about what's piling up, then pick your day and your term.
Coffee date
Tell us what's piling up. We'll listen, ask good questions and start spotting the system.
Meet your match
Emily or one of her hand-trained assistants, whoever fits your home and your list best. Then pick your weekly day and a 4, 8 or 12 month term.
Day one
Your assistant starts with whatever is bugging you most, so you feel the difference that first week.
Every week
Same day, six hours, everything handled. The mess stays gone and the system keeps running.
One day a week. One simple price.
No hourly math and no surprises. You get a full day of your assistant every week, on the same day, for as long as you sign up.
Enough time to clear the backlog and set up systems that stick.

Took on inventory and organization, was a warm, friendly presence with our customers, and turns out she's a fantastic baker too.

Steven SanchezEmily Hahn started this with one belief: life should feel easier.
Emily has been helping people for as long as she can remember, and she has spent years doing this work hands-on. Now she's growing Hahn & Co. into a team so more people can have the help her clients rely on.
Today Emily leads client relationships and coaches every assistant on the team. The mission hasn't changed: more time and less stress, one thoughtful task at a time.

Coaching
Learn the craft from Emily: how to read a home, build a system and become the assistant people can't imagine life without.
Steady clients
We handle intake, matching and scheduling. You show up to standing weekly days with clients who already trust the name.
A real team
No going it alone. You'll have people to swap ideas with, cover for each other and celebrate the wins.
Questions? Good.
What's in a day?
Six hours of dedicated help, once a week, on the same day each week. Errands, organizing, tidying, schedules, projects and business support. Whatever is on your list.
Why 4, 8 or 12 months?
Good systems take a few weeks to build and pay off over months. A term means your day is held for you and nothing slips back into chaos.
Do you clean?
Not traditional cleaning, so no toilets or showers. We do a general tidy, which we call a "floof": organizing, folding laundry, making beds and clearing surfaces.
How do we start?
With coffee. We talk through what's piling up, match you with your assistant, pick your day and your term, and take it from there.
Who will my assistant be?
Emily herself, or one of the assistants she has hand-picked and trained. We match you with whoever fits your home and your list best, and every one of us works the way Emily does.
Ready to breathe again?
Let's grab a coffee and talk about what's piling up. You bring the list. We'll bring the system.
